Move

“Move” is a piece made closer to home, and references the process of rapid gentrification of the area surrounding FSU in the context of student housing costs. New buildings are put up that barely meet safety standards but which are advertised (and priced) as luxury, and push the cost of surrounding habitations up. Students are unable to afford rising costs, and are pushed further and further from campus and into less reputable neighborhoods. My subjects were fellow students, who will be living elsewhere next year as a result of an increased cost of living.
