Complementarity, Entanglement
Complementarity is the idea that things can be separately analyzed as having several contradictory and mutually exclusive properties. Entanglement, in quantum theory, is the phenomenon in which particles interacting with one another can become permanently dependent on the states of one another, and often behave as a singular entity. These terms are fairly accurate in describing how intertwined human development and nature are slowly becoming, how different the individual components are but also how each has adapted a reliance on the other.
